Details: Sr. Usability Specialist   The User Experience team conducts user research and provides user-centered design for applications and websites, both internal and external. Seeking a candidate that is able to communicate and sell ideas around design and usability, and also work well in multi-disciplinary groups including technical, business, and marketing and communications teams. This role will play a significant part in growing the usability competency, particularly mobile usability, and ensure that usability is incorporated into the development of a wide range of systems and mobile devices. Select and conduct appropriate user-centered design techniques throughout an iterative design process. Assist with the definition and implementation of mobile interface design guidelines and a mobile usability process methodology.  Remain current in mobile usability research and developments. Analyze and present usability results to a wide range of audiences. Make design recommendations based on expertise and the collected data. Facilitate cross-functional teams throughout product definition, design and development processes.  Investigate, evaluate and recommend new and merging usability techniques, technologies, and methodology process improvements.
