Details: Position Description: This Trainer role requires you to have your PTCE Certification and is responsible for facilitating/training both new hire and continuing education courses for the Customer Service department as well as other internal clients. You will also be responsible for reporting your training metrics as well as working on special projects and events. The candidate will be facilitating classes, updating and generating reports, preparing materials, copies, rosters, etc. Daily, the Trainer will update training data, communicate attendance in classes, work with operations to schedule courses, review training materials and be responsible for other projects when not instructing in the classroom. Extensive work experience within own function. Works independently. May act as a resource for others. May coordinate other's activities.
