Details: Responsible for planning and implementing risk, operational and compliance related programs or projects that support the regulatory and operational soundness strategy of a retail and/or business banking group such as audit, policies and procedures, customer experience, compliance, risk management and performance monitoring and tracking. Completed analyses, measures program effectiveness and recommends activities and program strategies.Must understand complex relationships of the regions risk, customers, competitors and diverse communities. Collaborates with Wells Fargo partners to maximize operational soundness with emphasis on compliance and risk management in support of strategic initiatives, while managing service quality to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.•- Ensure all fulfillment sites aligned to role operate effectively and efficiently to achieve business results.•- Inspect, gather and give feedback, actively taking action to ensure metrics are moving in the right direction and achieving desired results.
