Software Training Manager

Details: We are looking for an experienced real estate professional, preferably a lease or property accountant with retail real estate experience, to join our team as our Training Manager.  The Training Manager is responsible for the creation and delivery of training programs, written help guides and video-based tutorials for clients and employees of AMTdirect.   He/she delivers training and product consultation in support of initial product implementations and also offers these services to existing Clients monthly.  He/she also plays an integral part in the planning, curriculum development and delivery of training classes taught at AMTdirect’s Annual User Conference.  The Training Manager provides consultation in support of accounting-related technical support issues, including analysis and coordination with the Development team.  He/she must have significant real estate experience, specifically lease administration or lease accounting, and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following, others may be assigned.  Researches, plans, organizes and conducts training programs, seminars, etc. for AMTdirect clients, employees and prospects.  Determines training objectives; develops written and video-based materials for training programs and the AMTdirect Help Center; solicits feedback, evaluates and modifies training programs/materials accordingly. Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids Proactively markets and sells training services. Prepares and modifies AMTdirect Help Center content (User Guides, video tutorials, FAQs, etc) in conjunction with new product development Serves as primary contact and level two support representative in response to clients’ questions and issues on the accounting and other modules.  Assists the IT department with accounting module issues and problem resolution. Coordinates with both Development support staff and Client Service Manager(s) to assist with accounting implementation efforts when needed Recommends enhancements to the accounting modules and helps define future functionality for those modules. Responsible for hiring, training and managing other training resources when required.
