Details: Role:Under the direction of the Site Organizational Effectiveness Leader (OEL), the Site Training Leader (STL) is responsible for coordinating the development, delivery and administration of assigned employee development programs for the SABIC Innovative Plastics Mt. Vernon workforce.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:General?Liaise and coordinate with site and corporate/global support functions to facilitate solution development, implementation and administration for employees’ knowledge/skill gaps/needs.?Coordinate future course offerings to improve the technical and professional knowledge of employees.?Facilitate the development of training materials including; learning objectives, presentations, exercises, assessments and documentation, as assigned.?Participate in delivery of training, as applicable.?Administer on-boarding programs through content development and coordination of schedules and resources.?Coach and support in-house Subject Matter Experts (SME) in key training principles on course design, development and delivery.Employee Certification Programs?Administer the Operator Certification Program deployment/maintenance to ensure its sustainability into the future and evaluate for continuous improvement?Leads continuous improvement efforts on Operator Certification to ensure adherence to global standard is met?Facilitate the development and implementation of site-wide employee certification model initiatives, as assigned.Evaluation?Identify metrics and methods to use when evaluating key employee development programs.?Assess and monitor the effectiveness of key employee development programs against metrics.?Support continuous improvement efforts needed to increase the effectiveness of employee development programs indicated from metrics’ evaluations.Administration?Support continuous improvement efforts for the training record keeping process.?Administrate the document control system ?Schedule and track knowledge & skills courses.?Coordinate all administration tasks of the employee development process.?Function as the Central Administrator for the site Learning Management System(s) (LMS).The site is located in Mt. Vernon, IN, just west of Evansville, IN.
