Its development and production facilities are based in Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, the Netherlands, South Africa, the USA and China.SUMMARY:The Corporate Trainer is part of the Dr?ger Academy who is the worldwide provider for sales, service and customer trainings for all Dr?ger products, solutions and services to ensure consistent quality standards. Furthermore we design and offer trainings for our customers to provide a complete service portfolio. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible to plan, prepare and to conduct trainings for the Patient Monitoring Systems and IT business located in Andover, MA. Furthermore you will develop and improve training concepts in cooperation with Dr?ger Academy?s portfolio and training management organization, as well as other responsible departments. Additional responsibilities include, to create and deliver the appropriate training curriculum on how to properly position, use and maintain our patient monitoring and IT products by using current training methods (in-person/eLearning), media and updated learning strategies. You will also be responsible for training Dr?ger customers, sales and service staff and authorized Draeger Academy trainers centrally in Andover, MA and abroad.RESPONSIBILITIES:•Conceptional development of the specific learning landscape (content and didactic) for Monitoring and IT based on learning requirements•Responsible for the organization of comprehensive Monitoring and IT seminar programs.•Execution of training programs sales employees and clinical application specialists authorized trainer and customers globally. ( Service on demand)•Support of the transnational network•Develops learn modules in the defined language. Collaborates with Portfolio management (Dr?ger Academy) and Product Management, Marketing and technical organizations supporting Monitoring and IT.•Selects internal and external instructors and prepares external corporations in agreement with Portfolio management and Head of Dr?ger Academy•Conduct training and coordinates guest speaker or instructors•Maintains training devices•Prepares and updates training materials in the LMS•Direct support of authorized Trainer globally•Employ academy processes and quality standards•Insuring defined quality standards of Dr?ger AcademyREQUIREMENTS:•Minimum requirements is Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Clinical Studies, International Business or comparable related fields ?
