Job Description: Responsible for leading new hire and ongoing training for HOD frontline operations employees (primarily Route Sales and Warehouse). Ensure national training programs are executed and tracked. Coach and guide Route Training Mentors (RTMs). Responsible for execution of Safety initiatives within Zone. Coordinate and conduct Route Sales on-boarding and New Hire Classroom training Coordinate execution of National Route Sales On-the-Job-Training(OJT) program and post-training activities (New Hire meetings,follow-up route rides, etc); ensure all steps are completed and documented in on-line tracking tool Coordinate on-going training and education programs for frontline operations employees (Route Sales, Warehouse), including assessing needs, building training plans, designing or adapting curriculum,facilitating learning sessions, etc Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to Route Training Mentors to ensure proper training of new employees; participate in selection of RTMs Ensure execution of Zone safety initiatives; includes coordination with Zone leadership and other resources to conduct training,promote awareness and recognition activities, properly investigate incidents, ensure proper documentation is gathered and maintained,ensure regulatory compliance, etc Other duties as required Requirements: Job Requirements: 2+ years route delivery or operations 2+ years people leadership or process leadership 1+ years general training/development experience Demonstrated familiarity with and commitment to safe work and safe driving practices/principles Demonstrated alignment with NWNA's Aspirations & Beliefs Strong process management skills Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions Ability to influence indirect reports, peers, business partners Strong service-orientation Demonstrated public speaking and group facilitation skills Ability to consistently and reliably achieve desired results Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong one-on-one coaching skills Strong organizational skills Ability to balance broad strategic thinking with detail-oriented tactical work This is a tremendous opportunity!
